- We design you a seven day meal plan, which tells you exactly what to eat.
- We will give you a shopping and brand name list.
- We will teach you how to read food labels an measure proper serving sizes.
- We'll tell you what to do when eating out or on vacation.
- We give you accountability and track your progress, by measuring your body fat and weight at each appointment.
